Synopsis: In the middle of a crowded city, whilst everyone is too busy to feel, a child notices a homeless person. 

 

Statement of intent: Busy is a film fully animated using sand. It explores the theme of empathy within global cities and reflects on our responsibilities as passersby in urban environments. Rather than impose a moral judgement, the film sets an ambiguous tone to invite discussion.​​​​​
